A Personalized wedding plan for your special day includes exclusive use of the Function Room, balconies, Cottage and our historic band rotunda set amongst the rose gardens. Time for pack-in and pack-out is included.

Exclusive Full Day Wedding Hire includes:

Guests:  up to 60 adults 

Pack in day:  on the day of the wedding before scheduled start-time (no alcohol to be consumed) time to be confirmed.

Wedding day:  up to 8 hours (bar & venue is resourced till 10pm).  includes guest arrival & departure times.

Pack out day:  Directly following close of event (no alcohol to be consumed or provided).

One-hour wedding rehearsal (please note that no alcohol is to be consumed or provided during this rehearsal).  Day & time to be arranged.

Site visits by mutual agreement.

Garden ceremony area with an historic gazebo (approx. 1912).   An alternative undercover area is available if weather dictates.  Ceremony chairs included.

Reception in Function Room.  Tables complete with table cloths, vases included in venue hire (ready for your florist’s choice of flowers).   Table layout to be discussed.  Wine & water glasses, water carafes, linen napkins.  Comfortable Crossback chairs with cushions.  Seating plan available for guests, displayed on easel at entrance to Function Room.

Cake table:  select either Oak wine barrel or lace-covered square table to use for display of your wedding cake.  Use of ceremonial cake cutting knife and cake stand included.

Registry table complete with table cloth.

Gift table complete with table cloth.

Persimmon Lane Bar (fully licensed):  credit card, eftpos & cash facilities available.  A selection of quality beers, wines, RTDs & ciders available to choose from, as well as a non-alcoholic range of beverages.   Pre-select table wines prior to your function or a glass of champagne to greet your guests.  

Use of portable speaker system:  this speaker is ideal for ceremony music in the garden (Bluetooth capable) So hook up compatible devices to it to play personalized playlists.  The speaker is popular in the Function Room for guests to dance the night away!

Free well-lit off-street parking:  ramp access close to mobility carparks and overnight parking option is available with pickup before midday the following day.
